Deliveries, Refunds & Returns Policy

Delivery:

Delivery Method:

We dispatch our orders using UK Royal Mail for both UK and International orders.

Delivery Times:
We always endeavour to dispatch items immediately via 2nd class recorded delivery. We will always keep you updated via e-mail at each stage.
If for any reason, any item(s) you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you by email and/or phone within 24 hours.
 
Delivery Costs & Charges:
You will be required to pay delivery and packaging charges as follows;
 
  • UK: Royal Mail, 1st Class Tracked – FREE DELIVERY
  • Europe: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £20
  • USA: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £25
  • Australia and New Zealand: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £30
  • All Other Overseas Countries: Royal Mail, International Signed For – £30
Value Added Tax – VAT:

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the standard prevailing UK rate.

Cancellations:

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days from the day after delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products including the original delivery cost but will not be reimbursed for the cost of returning the Product or Parcel. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium sent to our correspondence address on “Contact Us” or by e-mail to naturalfootwear@gmail.com

 

 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return your shoes from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return you must return your shoes unworn and in the same condition, you received them. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

Your shoes must be in the original packaging, which should also be in the same condition you received them.

Your shoes need to have a receipt or proof of purchase which should be enclosed with the shoes.

Refunds:

Once we have received your shoes, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the shoes. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or any other form of payment you used at the time of purchase. If you have requested an exchange, this will be expedited as soon as the inspection has been approved.

You will receive the credit normally within 7 working days, although this may take up to ten working days as some credit card companies are slower in processing refunds.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Inner soles and other accessories

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Goods Damaged In  Transit:

In the unlikely event of a product being damaged on receipt, it should be returned for our inspection immediately.

Under no circumstances must a product be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted it in its damaged condition. Before a replacement Product or refund can be issued,  the Product must be returned for our inspection since the Product may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

All Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for valid damage claims.

Exchanges:

We only replace shoes if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any shoes because they are not the right size, we will only exchange them for the same item, send us an email at naturalfootwera@gmail.com and send your shoes to; 1029 Finchley Rd, London NW11 7ES

Gifts:

If the shoes were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your shoes, you should mail your product to 1029 Finchley Rd, London NW11 7ES.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive shoes, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned shoes.

If you choose to, you can also return your items to our store in person. Simply bring along your proof of purchase/invoice and a form of photo ID.
