FinnComfort’s hand-sewn mules offer comfortable walking for sensitive feet. The prophylactic shoe has extra soft padding and is lined with super-soft calfskin.
The comfortable outsole and the anatomically shaped, padded and replaceable cork-latex footbed cushion the impact pleasantly. The outsole increases to 12mm towards the heel. The Velcro fastener ensures an optimal fit and allows the width to be adjusted individually.
The prophylactic shoe for men is particularly suitable for diabetics since pressure points are avoided at an early stage

This seems to be the only shop around that sells Naot sandals. I bought a pair 25 years ago and they're still the most comfortable shoes I ever bought, and today treated myself to a second pair.
